Once author has finished entering lessons into the database, he/she needs to export the lessons to any known location. All the related files are saved in that directory.
To use this option click on "Export Content" button in Author control panel.
In the next window you are given options to select the lessons you want to export. You can export all lessons at once or select seperate level 1 titles to export only lessons added under that level.
You can also export any sub module here. Select the sub module name from the "Content Mod" drop down menu.
You can allso specify the version number and export password (which will be required to enter when lessons are imported in learning and assesment engine)
You can specify a file name for export file to easily identify it once export is done.
Once you have entered all the required details click on "Export & Close" button. You will be asked to select a location where you want to save the exported .auth file.
Select the desired location. Once export is done you will find the .auth file in same location.
